Judge Diane Warren has been privileged to serve as Circuit Judge for Washington and Madison Counties since 2021. She have presided over Juvenile, Domestic Relations and Probate matters. In her first term she has worked to create a courtroom that is fair, compassionate and efficient. Judge Warren is running for re-election in March 2026 and would be very thankful for your support.

Judge Warren has lived in Washington County for twenty-eight years. After earning a Bachelor's and Master's Degree at Colorado State University she earned her law degree at Indiana University and then moved to Fayetteville in 1997.
Community involvement

Judge Diane Warren previously served on the Board of Directors for Vera Lloyd Presbyterian Home, the Arkansas Community Foundation and Butterfield Trail Village. She currently serves as an Elder at First United Presbyterian Church and is a member of the Washington County and Arkansas Bar Associations, Rotary International and the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges.

A Career advocating for children
Early in her career. Judge Warren worked for the State of Arkansas representing children in foster care and advocated for them while their case made its way through juvenile court. She then started her own law firm and while continuing to serve chidren in care, also represented children in divorce and custody cases as well as adults with cases pending in family court.
The First Term
Judge Warren was elected in 2020 and began her term in 2021 at the height of the COVID pandemic. She quickly learned the value of technology in the courtroom. All the hearings held in the first year were held via ZOOM. The second year the focus was on advocating for personnel and resources to manage juvenile truancy and delinquency cases. Judge Warren hired and trained staff and developed policies and procedures based on best practices. She's been improving court systems every year.
Community Partnershps
Judge Warren is particularly thankful for the partnerships that been formed with other community organizations. Judge Warren has partnered with 4-H to offer a life-skills class to juveniles. The Court collaborated with the University of Arkansas's Service Learning Initiative to offer a Body Image class to help young people navigate the social media messages they receive and has joined with art therapists to provide youth with an opportunity to process their emotions through art and decorate the halls of the court at the same time. By joining forces with organizations who share the court's mission of equipping youth with the skills they'll need to be productive adults, Judge Warren uses resources efficiently and benefits from the expertise of the larger community.
